Family Health America's chiropractors provide outstanding patient care. Consistently, 80% to 90% of patients rate the treatment delivered through their FHA chiropractor as "good" to "excellent." As the chart below illustrates, FHA's level of patient satisfaction far exceeds the 1998 patient satisfaction averages attained by all of the plans accredited by the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Family Health America surveys its insureds on a regular basis. FHA surveys all patients under capitated health plans each quarter. Under chiropractic rider plans, approximately 20% of patients are surveyed each year.
